One of my favorite ideas for a fast meal in an emergency, this recipe is a two-in-one vegetable and carbohydrate side dish. The dish consists of broccoli, pasta, and not much more; it has a hint of lemon, a hint of cheese, and a whole lot of deliciousness with it. After the broccoli has been cooked with the pasta, it is forcefully mixed with the sauce in order to make it juice-filled and saucy.
It is a dish that you should add to your collection of broccoli recipes since it is a winner.
A closer look at cheesy broccoli pasta that is already prepared and ready to be consumed.
The broccoli spaghetti is really speedy!
You are going to like this broccoli dish just as much as I do if you have a fantasy of having a meal that is ready in only twelve minutes. It is for all of those scenarios in which:
You are looking at broccoli with very little else in the cupboard, and you are thinking how on earth you are going to turn it into a dinner that is really fantastic;
You have to have supper on the table as soon as possible since the home is in a state of chaos.
The goal is to conceal a significant amount of broccoli in something that will be enjoyed by everyone. In spite of the fact that it does not seem to be the case, there are two whole heads behind this!
In the event that you are looking for a fast side dish to accompany the charcoal chicken that you purchased on your way home, the sticky chicken thighs or crispy pan-fried fish that you are preparing, the pork chops that have been marinated, or the garlic butter mushrooms that you are roasting in the oven, you are looking for options.
It is also what you consume when you are a food blogger who is unable to resist a deal and “accidentally” took home SIX heads of broccoli…. 😂

In what form does broccoli pasta take?
The components that make into broccoli pasta
TWO LARGE HEADS that are broccoli!
Pasta of any form, ideally short but even long can do the trick with this dish.
One or more types of cheese, preferably parmesan or anything that can melt into the sauce (the best case scenario is that both types of cheese are used).
Some form of fat, ideally extra virgin olive oil, although butter or regular olive oil will do in lieu of extra virgin olive oil.
This means that even if you just have the four components listed above, your broccoli pasta is still going to be quite excellent; the rest of the things that I use are simply a flavor bonus.
It is not need to include lemon in this recipe, but I really like adding it. The lemon flavor is not overpowering; rather, it is subtle and contributes to the creation of additional sauce that may be tossed through the pasta without the need for a significant amount of oil.
Recipe for broccoli that takes just 12 minutes!
This is not a dish like Jamie Oliver’s 15 Minute Meals, in which you use every gadget, pot, and pan in your kitchen, and it is a tornado of frenetic pandemonium for fifteen to thirty minutes, and then you spend a good forty minutes cleaning up afterward.
No, no, and no! To put it simply, this meal takes just twelve minutes to prepare and has a wonderful flow to it. This is how the situation unfolds:
Chop and cook the broccoli — While the pasta is boiling, chop the broccoli, and then add it to the water when the pasta is two minutes away from being done.
Prepare the sauce — Prepare the straightforward lemony pasta sauce
Using a spoon, remove one cup of the water used to cook the pasta. To prepare a large quantity of sauce without using a great deal of oil, we use this method. Put a half cup of this into the sauce, and give it a good shake. Set aside the remaining water for later use, just in case you find yourself in need of it.
Put all of the ingredients in the saucepan. After draining the spaghetti, put it back into the pot. Assemble the cheese and the sauce.
Put the pasta, sauce, water, and cheese into a bowl and toss it until it becomes evenly moist. Afterward, EAT IT!
It is always difficult for me to portray the texture and flavor of pastas like this one, especially when the sauce is transparent rather than brilliant red and meaty like Bolognese. If you aren’t persuaded by the photographs, have a look at the short video recipe that is provided below!
In this broccoli pasta, I have not stuffed it with an excessive amount of cheese. It is more for the purpose of preparing the sauce than it is for making this pasta a particularly cheese dish. In addition, an effort was made to maintain a calorie count that was acceptable for such a large bowl amount.
This Cheese-Loving Carb Monster, on the other hand, will not pass judgment on you if you decide to include a much larger amount of cheese into your meal.
